Building the cathedral – A medieval workshop in the museum park to celebrate 600 years of Bern cathedral.
Various craftspeople (including a glass painter, a stonemason, a blacksmith and a carpenter), artists (including a stone sculptor and a musician) and institutions will be on hand to show you what methods were traditionally used and the techniques we employ today. The exhibition at the Bernisches Historisches Museum also includes figures from Bern Cathedral, representations of the cathedral and scenes depicting its construction.
